We are looking for motivated Electromechanical Engineers with between 1 and 5 years of professional experience, who are eager to work on challenging engineering projects and develop their expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

The Role

As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will work on multidisciplinary engineering projects where mechanical and electrical systems come together.

Depending on your background and experience, you may contribute to the design, development, integration, testing and optimisation of electromechanical systems and components.

You will work closely with engineers from different disciplines, contributing to technical solutions and supporting projects from the initial requirements through to implementation and validation.

This is an opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems, working across engineering disciplines and turning technical requirements into practical solutions.

• Analyse technical requirements and translate them into engineering solutions;
  
• Support the integration of mechanical, electrical and electronic components;
  
• Perform technical analyses and contribute to system-level problem solving;
  
• Support testing, validation and troubleshooting activities;
  
• Review technical specifications, drawings and engineering documentation;
  
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Systems and other engineering teams;
  
• Support the resolution of technical issues throughout the project lifecycle;
  
• Contribute to technical reviews and project meetings;
  
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and engineering reports;
  
• Support continuous improvement and optimisation of existing systems and solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline;
  
• 1–5 years of professional experience in engineering, consulting or a technical environment;
  
• Solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical engineering principles;
  
• Interest in multidisciplinary engineering and system integration;
  
• Ability to analyse technical problems and develop structured solutions;
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
  
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in English;
  
• Good knowledge of French or Dutch;
  
• Ability to workeffectively in an international and multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in an engineering consultancy;
  
• Experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects;
  
• Knowledge of CAD or engineering design tools;
  
• Experience withsystem integration, testing or validation;
  
• Familiarity with technical documentation and requirements management;
  
• Experience working with electrical, electronic, mechanical or control systems;
  
• Knowledge of engineering standards and structured development processes.
