Which is where you come in. /ph3bYour Key Accountabilities /b /h3pWithin the Project Engineering department, you will set up and lead technical industrial projects, from idea to realization. These projects are carried out for production facilities, infrastructure, and RD. We have different type of projects within different disciplines. Some projects are in the start-up phase, some projects are already ongoing /ppYou are accountable for all aspects of your project: /pullidefining the project scope. In consultation with the client:ullidefining specific deliverables: what is complete when the project is finished? /lilidefining constraints (budget, planning) /li /ul /liliassembling and leading the project team /lilitechnical design of the entire project /lilipreparing specifications / tender documents for orders, engineering firms, and contractors (both internal and external) /liliselection of orders, engineering firms, and contractors. Also consider specific resources, e.g., designers, but also outsourcing (part) projects /lilidirecting and monitoring all resources, both internal and external /lilimaintaining contact with the client throughout the project to capture and assess changes. If agreed upon, implementing them in the project (scope changes) /lilireporting to stakeholders /li /ulh3bWho we are looking for /b /h3ulliEngineering degree with 10+ years of experience in an industrial environment, including 7+ years leading multidisciplinary technical projects /liliProven track record in delivering complex industrial and CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning and handover /liliStrong background in electromechanical engineering; knowledge of related disciplines such as chemistry, process engineering, or EI is an advantage /liliThorough understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder management /liliStrong analytical capabilities combined with a strategic, big-picture perspective /liliExcellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all organizational levels /liliProven experience in leading, coaching, and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams /liliResults-oriented professional with a strong affinity for technology, engineering, and continuous improvement /liliFluent in Dutch and professionally proficient in English /li /ulpbWhat
