We are hiring a Dutch + English-speaking CSG to join
an international team based in Athens. In this role, you will
support customers across multiple channels, handle inquiries
efficiently, and contribute to a high-quality service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via email, chat, and/or phone
- Resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch + English
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset What is offered:
