Your focus will be on finding solutions, providing helpful advice and making every customer interaction a positive one.
Your responsibilities will include:Assisting customers by phone in DutchAnswering questions about mobile, broadband and TV servicesTroubleshooting issues and guiding customers towards solutionsProviding clear, friendly and professional supportRecommending relevant products or services when appropriateWorking with colleagues in an international teamPaid training will prepare you for the role and help you get familiar with the products and systems.
RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForNative-level Dutch (C2)English skills at B1 level or aboveStrong communication and customer service skillsA confident and customer-focused approachComfortable using computers and learning new systemsA positive attitude and practical problem-solving skillsAn EU passport or the legal right to work in SpainPrevious customer service experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn and a good attitude are important too.
