Here's a glimpse into your typical day : /p ul liFacilitating transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the utilities sector. /li liAnalysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions aligned with client strategic objectives. /li liLeading discussions and defining communication plans to support employees through significant changes. /li liConducting business analysis and organising workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation. /li liCollaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables. /li /ul h3What do you bring to the table? /h3 pWe're looking for someone who: /p ul liHolds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics. /li liHas 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the energy sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes. /li liPossesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English. /li liIs eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges. /li liHas a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference. /li liExcels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team. /li liIs conscious of the organisation’s complexity and goals, with an eye for people.
