Job Description
I'm currently supporting a leading Retail organisation embarking on an Odoo transformation project , and they are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Analyst to play a key role in gathering business requirements, analysing processes and ensuring the Odoo solution is aligned with business needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, end users and implementation partners to translate requirements into effective Odoo solutions, while supporting the full project lifecycle from analysis and design through to testing, deployment and user adoption. This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant ERP transformation programme and contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale Odoo implementation.
Core Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document business requirements across multiple departments
Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for optimisation and standardisation
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Odoo solutions
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support solution design workshops and provide functional expertise on Odoo capabilities
Provide user training, support and guidance to drive adoption of the new platform
Qualifications Needed
3+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst or ERP Consultant
Proven experience working on ERP implementation or transformation projects
Experience gathering requirements, process mapping and functional documentation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams
Experience supporting testing activities and end-user training
Previous experience working in a consultancy or freelance environment is advantageous
English (Working Proficiency)
