Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for an expert developer to support critical infrastructure initiatives. This role focuses on developing and integrating secure authentication and authorization services within a complex digital landscape.
- Develop, test, and document software components for user authentication and authorization services.
- Create sample applications and technical guides to demonstrate integration within legacy and new systems.
- Configure and extend off-the-shelf solutions such as access managers, API gateways, and directory services.
- Promote continuous integration and deployment through release automation and configuration management.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust security solutions.
- Take ownership of backlog items and participate actively in squad team sprints.
- 8+ years in backend development with C# , .NET , and Java .
- Professional experience with Vue.js , Blazor , and JavaScript .
- Deep knowledge of security standards including OAuth2 , OIDC , SSO , and MFA .
- Practical experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration using Kubernetes and AKS .
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server , LDAP , REST , JSON , and YAML .
- Knowledge of Git and DevOps methodologies.
- Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently.
- You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French .
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Typescript , PowerShell , or Bash .
- Knowledge of React or SAML2 .
- Familiarity with identity platforms such as Keycloak , ADFS , Ping , Okta , or EntraID .
- Understanding of Micro-services architecture and PKI .
- Start date: Mid-October.
- Duration: project length.
- Work regime: Full-time.
- Location: Brussels.
- Working model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite).
- Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers.
