Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals within the defined RFP process.
Evaluate business requirements to ensure project outcomes meet organizational standards.
Maintain clear communication channels with project managers and external stakeholders.
Monitor submission deadlines and ensure all administrative requirements are fulfilled.
Perform detailed analysis to support the project team in decision-making processes.
Generate comprehensive documentation and status updates for management review.
You have 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or project coordination.
You bring a proven track record in project management and stakeholder management.
You possess experience with RFP processes and process analysis.
You're proactive and solution-oriented.
You are fluent in English.
Nice to HavesExperience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Willingness to obtain additional professional certifications.
