For an international infrastructure and digital transformation environment, we are looking for a Senior ECM & Digital Platforms Solution Architect to support the design, integration and technical governance of an enterprise content management ecosystem.

📍 Location: Brussels

📅 Start date: 1 September 2026

⏳ Duration: 220–440 mandays

🏠 Remote: Up to 50% remote

💼 Experience: 5–9 years

🗣️ Languages: French native + English C1

🔎 The role

You will be responsible for the architecture, integration and technical governance of ECM and digital platforms within a large-scale digital transformation program.

The environment includes Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Vault and various business applications.

You will ensure that document management and collaboration platforms meet business requirements while complying with enterprise architecture, security, performance, scalability and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the Information Architect, who is responsible for information models and document governance.

🎯 Key responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Define and maintain the target architecture for ECM platforms.
• Design solutions integrating SharePoint Online, Autodesk Vault, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and business applications.
• Define integration architectures between different platforms.
• Ensure technical consistency across the document management ecosystem.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural expertise to programs and projects.
• Conduct architecture reviews and validate technical choices.
• Supervise implementations delivered by project teams and vendors.
• Support technical experts and facilitate architectural decision-making.

Security, Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements, including security, performance, availability, maintainability, scalability and auditability.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Transformation & Roadmap

• Contribute to the ECM and digital transformation roadmap.
• Support project managers with estimations, risk analyses and migration plans.
• Participate in solution and vendor selection.
• Contribute to architecture committees and IT governance bodies.

🛠️ Must-have skills & experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Proven experience in Enterprise Content Management, Information Management or Digital Platforms.
• Experience with digital transformation programs involving multiple enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with one or more ECM / DMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Vault and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Cloud and SaaS architectures.
• Knowledge of BIM and engineering environments.
• Knowledge of GDPR principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2.
• Understanding of access management and information protection.
• Strong architectural, analytical and integration capabilities.
