Head of Supply Chain | Lentzweiler

The role covers the overall responsibility for global supply chain activities, including strategic management and continuous development of the Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics functions.
The position includes the development, optimisation and execution of international purchasing, procurement and logistics strategies, ensuring efficient and reliable production supply in close coordination with plants and business units.
You will lead an international team of approximately 40 employees, with responsibility for KPIs and budget management, and actively contribute to the digitalisation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
Profil Profile requirements include a completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a comparable field, as well as several years of experience in international supply chain management, ideally in an industrial context.
Previous experience in a leadership role with international scope is required, along with strong expertise in strategic purchasing, procurement, and complex logistics flows.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics is expected.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills are essential, combined with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German and/or French is considered an advantage.Offre This is a full-time permanent position (CDI) based on a 40-hour working week.
