- scalability, reliability, clear trade-offs /li liRaising the quality bar: testing, observability, performance thinking /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul li5+ years of solid backend development experience /li liStrong Python skills
- you understand the language deeply enough to direct it, review it, and own it /li liFluent with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- you use them to move fast and stay sharp, not as a crutch /li liReal ownership in production systems (You've been paged, You've fixed it, You've learned from it)(sic? we need correct closing ) /liliHands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native patterns /li liA product mindset
