Our client is a well-established international manufacturing business with a strong reputation for qualityand operational excellence. To support the continued development of their production facilities, they are seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee technical operations and drive improvement initiatives. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance processes, and supporting the long-term technical strategy of the site. - eamsDevelop and implement effective maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and operational efficie
- ncy.
Ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed effectively while managing reactive maintenance activities when requi
- red.
Investigate recurring technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable soluti
- ons.
Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency ga
- ins.
Support continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, reliability, and saf
- ety.
Coordinate technical activities across multiple departments and ensure alignment of priorit
- ies.
Collaborate with health, safety, and environmental teams to maintain compliance with internal and external standa
- rds.
Evaluate capital expenditure opportunities and prepare business cases for equipment upgrades and technical investme
- nts.
Manage maintenance and engineering budgets while ensuring cost-effective resource alloca
- tionReport regularly on technical performance and project progress to senior managem ent. Your P
- rofileBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical disc
- iplineMinimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance, engineering, or technical leadership role within a manufacturing enviro
- nment.
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical capabil
- ities.
Proven experience leading teams and driving performance improve
- ments.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced production se
- tting.
Results-oriented with a proactive and hands-on app
- roach.
Strong communication and stakeholder management s
- kills.
Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an adva ntage. T
