We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Functional Designer to join an IT team working on medium- to large-scale projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.
The role combines business analysis, functional design, project coordination and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on end-to-end solutions and data-oriented processes.

Your responsibilities :
- Gather, challenge and translate business and user requirements into robust IT solutions.
- Lead and coordinate functional analyses across Business and IT.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of applications and business processes.
- Define priorities, coordinate project activities and follow up on deliverables.
- Ensure clear and structured communication with Business, IT teams and project stakeholders.
- Define functional requirements and support solution design.
- Prepare test scenarios and coordinate acceptance testing with testers and business stakeholders.
- Document new and adapted processes, functionalities and project decisions.
- Provide regular progress reporting to management.
- Contribute to a smooth transition towards the run/operations phase.
Your profile :
Experience
- 5 years of experience in business analysis and functional analysis within an IT environment.
- Solid experience in user requirements gathering and IT solution design.
- Experience coordinating projects or leading workstreams.
- Good understanding of software/development life cycles.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience with medium-scale IT projects.
Technical skills
- Functional requirements analysis and documentation.
- Process analysis and improvement.
- Test scenario definition and test coordination.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL / data querying.
- Ability to represent processes and solutions through schemas, diagrams or other conceptual models.
Languages
- English: good professional level. xirbnpk
- French and/or Dutch: one language fluent, the other passive or not spoken.
