- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual performance review process in Belgium. Employee Experience Enhancement
- Analyze feedback from employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to initiatives designed to enhance the overall employee experience. Process Automation
- Support the automation of recurring tasks to help streamline day-to-day operations and improve efficiency. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze consultant feedback and follow-up data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare weekly reports on key activities and collaborate with managers to define relevant and actionable next steps.
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working with Excel and Power BI.
