Service Planner

"Be the vital link between our customers, engineers, and service operations. As a Service Planner, you play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by coordinating resources, optimizing schedules, and ensuring service activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the continued growth of our service business." Receive and transact customer service requests Creation of Cost Estimates in SAP and follow up on them Transact all service orders in SAP and other service-related IT-systems Communicate with customers to agree on quotations and set up job schedule. Timely job closure in the systems Establish effective relationships with technicians, customers and coworkers by responding to all communications quickly and professionally Prepare the reports required. Administrate, monitor and update all Work-In-Progress (WIP) on daily basis. Liaise with Logistics team continuously on all parts / materials delivery to satisfy commitment. Take care of sub-contracting and sub-supplier's activities i.e. price verification, Purchase Order issuance, delivery and payment approval. Prepare shipping papers where necessary Transact pool/certified orders (refurbished equipment) Arrange accommodation and travel for service engineers in case of field service Scope of the job KPIs: Service Work in Progress (WIP), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Operational Excellence KPIs What you can expect from us: Incooperation Programm on products (Rotary vane pumps and leak detector) Degree Level – to be defined in accordance to local needs Minimum of 3 years working experiences in customer care Knowledge Areas: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills SAP transactions (SD and CS module) Computer literate (Word and Excel) Work-In-Progress management Critical Skills (Atlas Copco 9 Core Competency based evaluation) Keep commitment to customers Work with the Atlas Copco „The Way we do things“ Be confident to be an important face to the customer and be strongly service minded Show courage and integrity Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy Learn to develop and update skills Sharing expertise and experiences with others to ensure lessons learned Effective and clear communication Our Cultural Behaviors, rooted in our core values and beliefs, are essen...
