You enjoy working closely with leaders, navigating complex situations and finding practical solutions. /ppYou bring: /pulliExperience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in a KPI-driven or fast-paced business environment. /liliA solid understanding of Belgian employment law, social legislation and employee relations. /liliThe ability to build trust, influence stakeholders and coach managers at different levels. /liliAn analytical and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to turn data into meaningful business recommendations. /liliA proactive, resilient and hands-on approach, combined with the ability to work autonomously and manage change. /liliFluency in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Next to our competitive base salary, we put our people first by providing on-top benefits /h3ulliCompetitive Bonus. /liliA Flexible Rewards system
