Data Anonymisation and Test Data Management Architect

h3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 pThe assignment will deliver a set of concrete functional and technical requirements that can support a procurement specification and a potential market consultation process planned for early 2027. /p pAs the Data Anonymisation and Test Data Management Architect, you will analyse end-to-end data flows across the application landscape and develop a broadly supported strategy covering: /p ul liData anonymisation and pseudonymisation /li liSynthetic data generation /li liTest data management, selection and minimisation /li liProtection of personal data and other sensitive information /li liPreservation of referential integrity and business usability /li liThe use of structured and unstructured data in non-production environments /li /ul pYou will act as the link between business and technology. This includes analysing, optimising and documenting security processes and governance, translating testing objectives and business testing scenarios into concrete test data requirements, and documenting data flows across multiple applications. /p pYou will organise and facilitate workshops and interviews with business stakeholders, gather and structure missing information, and define the functional and technical requirements needed for a tender. The role requires alignment between business needs, regulatory obligations, technical constraints and future operational requirements. /p pYour stakeholders will include: /p ul liBusiness departments and internal business partners /li liData management and governance teams /li liPrivacy and compliance functions /li liInformation security teams /li liEnterprise architecture /li liIT operations and application management teams /li liTesting and quality assurance teams /li liExternal service providers and vendors /li /ul pThe outcome should be a practical and sustainable strategy for test data management and data anonymisation capabilities. /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou can structure a complex situation, identify missing information and turn your analysis into clear deliverables. /li liYou work autonomously and can deliver an end-to-end result. /li liYou have strong stakeholder management skills and can engage with stakeholders at different organisational levels. /li liYou are fluent in English and fluent in either French or Dutch. /li liYou have a background as a senior Security Consultant. /li liYou have experience analysing, optimising and documenting security processes and governance. /li liYou understand data architecture, data governance, data management or data engineering. /li liYou can translate testing objectives and business testing scenarios into concrete test data requirements. /li liYou can analyse and document end-to-end data flows across multiple applications. /li liYou have experience with data masking, anonymisation, pseudonymisation or synthetic data, demonstrated through at least one relevant project. /li liYou can organise and facilitate workshops and interviews involving business stakeholders. /li liYou can define functional and technical requirements for a tender. /li liYou are familiar with security management techniques or frameworks such as ISO 2700x, COBIT, NIST or OWASP. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pYou will be part of a growing Belgian SME where initiative and personal development are encouraged.
