Will you join us in humanizing technology? /p pWe are looking for an experienced bSenior Data Analyst /bto join our team bRemotely. /b /p h3WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY? /h3 pAnalyse business contexts, objectives and stakeholder needs to ensure alignment with strategic goals. /p pGather, validate and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. /p pAnalyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. /p pModel business processes, workflows and system interactions using BPMN, UML or equivalent methodologies. /p pPerform gap analyses between current and target business processes and capabilities. /p pTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. /p pPrepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, business cases and other project documentation. /p pIdentify business and operational risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies. /p pDefine and document functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, security and usability. /p pSupport test case design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirements validation. /p pMaintain requirements traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle. /p pFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams and external contractors. /p pPrepare clear presentations, diagrams and reports for senior stakeholders. /p h3Requirements /h3 h3WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? /h3 pbSecondary education level / Bachelor's or Master's degree. /b /p ul libAt least 22 years of relevant work experience / 17 if you hold a a Bachelor's degree / 15 if you hold a Master's degree. /b /li /ul pbAt least 10 years of experience /b in data analysis and manipulation using SQL, Python, R or equivalent technologies. /p pbAt least 10 years of experience /b implementing data visualisation and reporting solutions using Power BI, Qlik, SAP BI, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent. /p pbAt least 10 years of experience /b with data warehousing concepts and platforms, including star/snowflake schemas, Snowflake, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent. /p pbAt least 10 years of experience /b in ETL processes and orchestration tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, SAP DS, SAP BODI/BODS or equivalent. /p pbAt least 10 years of experience /b with data preparation and transformation tools such as Alteryx, Power Query, dbt, SAP DS or equivalent. /p pbAt least 5 years of experience /b designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports. /p pbAt least 5 years of experience /b in data preparation and ETL, integrating and cleaning data from multiple sources. /p pbAt least 10 years of experience /b analysing datasets, identifying trends and delivering evidence-based insights. /p pbAt least 10 years of experience /b presenting analytical findings through data visualisation and storytelling to support decision-making /p h3Specific
