pib vogt is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel – MA and Finance to join our Berlin headquarters. You will lead complex domestic and cross-border MA transactions, joint ventures and group financing matters, coordinating with Tax, Accounting, Treasury and other business functions. /ppThe ideal candidate is a Volljurist with 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate law, MA and financing, ideally from an international law firm or in-house. /p
