h3Senior Full-Stack Developer – Customer Data /h3h3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for a technically polyglot Full-Stack Developer to join our Customer Data team. You will be part of a high-impact environment where reliability, scalability, and cross-departmental collaboration are key. Our systems handle critical customer data across multiple business domains, with a strong focus on risk management, resilience, and performance. You’ll work with modern technologies including Kafka, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, CQRS, Axon Framework, Angular, and lit HTML, and contribute to both backend and frontend development. /ph3A Day in the Life of a Senior Full-Stack Developer – Customer Data /h3ulliDesign solutions that fulfill complex business requirements. /liliCode smart, efficient, and resilient applications. /liliCollaborate across departments to ensure alignment and integration. /liliContinuously learn and share knowledge, embedding best practices and lessons learned. /li /ulh3How to succeed /h3pOur biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Take on responsibility. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or IT. /liliCertifications and/or proven proficiency in software development. /lili8+ years of experience in Agile IT projects. /liliStrong expertise in:ulliJava 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, Maven /liliknowledge applying CQRS pattern is a plus /li /ul /liliFamiliarity with:ulliCI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub /liliMonitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus /li /ul /liliKnowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python) and a strong willingness to learn new ones. /liliAwareness of:ulliSecurity IT Risk /liliResilience patterns /li /ul /liliExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) /li /ulh3Company /h3pWe’re a global bank with a strong European base, and our more than 60,000 colleagues serve around 38 million customers and corporate clients in over 40 countries.
