BESIX Group, based in Belgium, is seeking a Corporate and Project Finance Manager for BESIX Power to shape the M&A strategy and value creation. You will evaluate investments, acquisitions and partnerships while coordinating across development, engineering, finance, tax, legal and operations teams.
You will drive financial modelling, negotiate key contracts, support project financing and monitor portfolio performance, reporting to senior management and investors.
