Purpose of the RoleThe WRT Warehouse Coordinator coordinates the warehouse in a conscious precious way as if he/she is the personal owner of the warehouse. This position is key instrumental to the distribution of products and managing storage warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the warehouse team (6 people) : procurement, storage, goods in, goods out, customer relationsCoordinate the stock on a day-to-day basis to achieve daily performance measures and labour productivity.
Provide efficient stock management to serve needs from customer support & car assembly :Consumption and sales prediction to reduce discontinuities within agreed max stock levelManagement of stock value (overall level, including financial depreciation)Guarantee 100% traceability though the ERP : part numbers, quantities, value, storage locationContribution to the purchasing strategy with the Project / Programme manager (suppliers, order quantities…)Review, design and implement a strong and robust stock “goods in” & ‘goods out” system (including quality control, picking process, packaging, shipment)Define the space management: storage locations, parts conditioning, …Provide support to customers order preparation :Overall process, parts conditioning, priorities settingProvide parts picking support for car assembly, in close collaboration with the Production Coordinator.
Write, implement, maintain and control processes.
Contribute to writing safety processes and make sure they are respected by the whole teamKPIs definition & Monthly reporting.
Required SkillsExperience in a similar role for at least 3 years. Basic knowledge of car parts is a must, and experience in motorsport is a plus.
Hands on approach with a flexible “Can Do” & “Will Do” attitude.
Flexible with workload and tight deadline.
WMS routine handling is a must.
ERP system (SAP / MS Dynamics) experience is a mustKnowledge of French and English required.
