Building a well-oiled machine where people like to work inspire all birds to become internal innovators are at the heart of our mission. /p /brh3Tasks /h3 /brpAs a Software Engineer in the NVISO Labs team your responsibilities will include: /p /brul /brliDesigning and developing scalable back-end software and services using (mostly) Python. /li /brliLeveraging Azure cloud services such as Functions, App Services, storage, and identity capabilities to build reliable solutions. /li /brliDesigning APIs and integrating back-end components with internal and customer-facing platforms where needed. /li /brliApplying sound software engineering practices to deliver maintainable, secure, and production-ready back-end solutions. /li /brliTroubleshooting performance, reliability, and scalability issues across services and cloud-based workloads. /li /brliIdentifying bottlenecks and continuously improving the efficiency, resilience, and observability of back-end systems. /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brh3General /h3 /brul /brlibYou hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states. /b /li /brliAt least b5 years /b of experience as a software engineer /li /brliA master's degree in computer science or a related technical field /li /brliExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and written /li /br /ul /brh3Technical skills /h3 /brul /brliSolid experience in Python /li /brliPassionate about best practices regarding reusability, maintainability, security, and testing /li /brliThorough understanding of computer systems going beyond application development (including operating systems, networking, infrastructure, etc.) /li /brliExperience with Azure-native development, API design, and cloud-based architectures is a plus /li /brliAbility to work independently and keep track of your priorities /li /brliStrong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills that enable you to work effectively in a collaborative team environment across the entire company /li /brliPositive, team and mission-oriented attitude /li /brliAbility to prepare and present your work to your colleagues /li /brliTeam player who works well under occasional pressure /li /br /ul /brpAt NVISO, we care.
