We are looking for a Senior Java Developer for the European Institutions in Brussels, Belgium. EU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be willing to relocate. A work permit is required for non-European candidates, but not provided This position is open for contractors and employees. Candidates need to be fluent in English. Travel is not required for the interviews. Tasks and Responsibilities Design and development of components and building blocks; Analysis of the integration of different information systems; Data analysisand data modeling; Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture; Participationin technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with the users; Definition oftesting needs and assistance in the testing; Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting; Profile Bachelor or Master's degree; +5/+10/+15 years of Java development experience; Good knowledge of Spring; Good knowledge of Hibernate; Fluent in English; The following countries are part of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
