(Business Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new bMachine Learning Researcher with a focus on LLM's /b in our bAutomotive /bteam. /ppIn this role, the goal is to innovate and accelerate the deployment and development of cutting-edge Generative AI. /ph3Your responsabilities: /h3ulliYou bbuild and refine /b balgorithms /b by adapting state-of-the-art multimodal models, /liliYoub track developments /b bin multimodal AI /b to continuously incorporate SOTA techniques, /liliYoub maintain code quality /b band oversee the repository /b throughout the algorithm lifecycle, /liliYou will be the bpartner with researchers /b and stakeholders to drive joint technical initiatives, /liliYoub prototype PoCs and publish /b breakthroughs at leading ML conferences and project reviews, /liliYou breport findings /b at regular project meetings and prepare findings for publication, /li /ulh3Your profile: /h3ulliMinimum level bMaster with research /b experience (as intern, academic project, ...) and mindset, /liliExperience with bFoundation models /b (knowledge in large vision models, multi-modal models), /lilibProficient in Python /b( PyTorch or Tensor Flow ) , C++ knowledge is a plus, /liliExperience with model training and evaluation using Hugging Face’s Trainer API. /lilibProactive and eager to learn /b, able to work under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks, /liliAbility to bwork under pressure /b, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results. /lilibSelf-motivated /b, scientifically curious, collaborative, and an excellent communicator. /li /ulh3What can you except as a B.
