We’d rather have people who build things carefully than people who save the day. That’s how we avoid crunch: by engineering well enough that releasing on a Friday is a non-event, not an act of courage. /ppWe work mostly remotely and independently. You own your work end to end and shape your own day, but you’re never on your own. We stay reachable, pair when it helps, and treat asking for help as part of the job. /ppWe keep fixed meetings to a minimum and meet when there’s something worth discussing.
