Join our team We are a restaurant awarded 1 Michelin star and are looking for a motivated and passionate cook to join our kitchen team. Quality, product knowledge, precision and teamwork are at the heart of our kitchen. We work with high-quality ingredients every day and strive to offer our guests a gastronomic experience at the highest level. As a cook, you will have an important role within our team and contribute to the daily operation of the kitchen. As a cook, you will:
- be responsible for your own section of the kitchen;
- prepare the mise en place and preparations for your section;
- prepare and plate dishes according to our standards;
- ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation;
- work closely with the chef and the rest of the kitchen team;
- ensure an efficient and well-organised service;
- work according to hygiene and HACCP standards;
- take proper care of ingredients, equipment and your workstation;
- actively contribute to the efficient organisation and operation of the kitchen.
