Oil Support Services (OSS) seeks a Planning & Budget Officer to coordinate planning and budgeting criteria to ensure the department has the necessary resources and plans to achieve objectives and performance indicators. The role covers budgeting, expenditure control, and preparation of related reports.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics and at least four years of experience, with English at an intermediate level.
