As a SAP Business Analyst, you are part of the IT organization and play a key role in translating business needs into robust, well-supported SAP solutions. You combine functional analysis, system configuration, and end-user support with close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Depending on your knowledge, experience, and interests, you will be assigned to one or more SAP domains such as MM, EWM, PP, SD, HRIS, or CRM, supporting and improving SAP solutions in an international environment.
What are your responsibilities?In this role, you act as a functional expert within IT and ensure the continuity, quality, and evolution of SAP solutions. Your responsibilities include:Analyzing business processes and translating requirements into clear functional analysesActing as the functional link between business stakeholders and the IT organizationDesigning functional solutions and contributing to technical design discussions where neededConfiguring SAP modules and supporting the implementation of new functionalities and improvementsTesting, validating, and documenting solutions according to agreed standardsProviding functional support and acting as a point of contact for key usersDelivering user training and supporting change adoptionFollowing up on incidents, changes, and enhancements within your SAP domainChallenging existing processes and proposing functional and system improvementsEnsuring alignment with IT architecture, standards, and global SAP templatesStaying up to date with SAP evolutions and relevant technologiesDepending on your assigned stream, you will work with specific applications and tools supporting the corresponding business processes.
Who are we looking for?You hold a Master’s degree in economics, computer science, engineering, or an equivalent backgroundYou have experience or strong interest in functional analysis within an IT/SAP contextExperience with SAP modules (MM, EWM, PP, SD, HRIS, CRM, or similar) is a strong assetYou communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writingYou are comfortable working in an IT organization while engaging closely with business usersYou are analytical, structured, and solution-orientedYou enjoy combining project work with operational supportYou are a team player and collaborate easily with internal IT colleagues and external partnersYou are willing to travel up to 30%You are open to participating in an on-call rotation (approximately 5 times per year.
