Responsibilities:
Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing system, phone, or in-person. Provide first
- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and software applications. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (monitors, keyboards, docking stations, etc.). Set up and configure new employee workstations, including user accounts and permissions. Follow security protocols and assist with antivirus, patching, and data protection policies. Maintain asset inventory and ensure accurate documentation of IT equipment. Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees from a technical perspective. Support remote users with VPN, remote desktop, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues or project-related tasks.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and support. Cisco certification (CCNA required; CCNP preferred). Strong knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. Experience with network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
