is for Machine Learning Engineer out there feeling the magic in them and ready to spread it /p pAs a Machine Learning Engineer, your mission would include: /p ul lipTranslating business needs into technical ML requirements /p /li lipDesigning, deploying, and maintaining ML solutions in production /p /li lipIntegrating models into client systems and ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance /p /li lipBuilding cloud-based ML pipelines following MLOps best practices /p /li lipPackaging, serving, and monitoring models in real-world environments /p /li lipCommunicating insights and results to non-technical stakeholders to drive real client impact /p /li lipBut being a consulting company, we can’t know in advance what your exact responsibilities will be /p /li /ul pYou’re a step closer to joining our team if you bring: /p pBackground /p ul lipYou have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field /p /li lipYou have 3+ years of hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production /p /li lipYou have experience in client‑facing role, especially in consulting companies /p /li /ul pTechnical Skills /p ul lipSolid expertise in designing, training, and optimizing ML models using frameworks like Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. /p /li lipHands‑on experience with LLM, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) is a strong advantage. /p /li lipSolid expertise in AI/ML (experience with LLMs is a strong advantage) /p /li lipStrong Python and SQL skills /p /li lipProven track record in deploying models at scale /p /li lipCI/CD, APIs, containerization, orchestration, and model serving /p /li lipCloud experience (Azure is a plus) /p /li /ul pSoft Skills /p ul lipYou are able to work independently and take on projects from intake to delivery /p /li lip“Can do” attitude and hacker mentality /p /li lipCurious and always willing to improve /p /li lipAbility to communicate technical results to non-technical people /p /li /ul pLanguages: Fluent in English.
