About the Role
The Functional Analyst will be responsible for creating functional and non-functional specifications based on business requirements. He/she will liaise with the development team within a Scrum framework and prepare the necessary testing phases. The candidate will work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, Architect, and Scrum team members. He/she demonstrates deep analytical skills to evaluate high-level information gathered from various sources and break it down into detailed, structured artifacts understandable by the development team.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements documentation Detail solutions with the Architect and Development team based on business needs Design service specifications Define the data model with the Data Architect Write functional requirements (User Stories in Jira and documentation on Confluence) Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst Support the Scrum Team in developing and testing software Required Profile Proven experience as a Functional Analyst Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies Proficiency with Jira and Confluence Ability to decompose complex information into clear, structured specifications Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
