And we’re continuing to grow /p pTo further support our growth, we are looking for a Test Engineer who wants to help build reliable and high-performance power and data centre solutions. /p pbYour impact as a Component Manager /b /p pAs a Component Manager you are responsible for the end-to-end ownership, standardisation, and optimisation of components within our power and data centre solutions. /p pThe role ensures that all components are standardized, cost-efficient, available, and future-proof across their full lifecycle. Given the importance of scalability, speed, and cost control, this position is inherently strategic, bridging engineering, supply chain, procurement, and the business objectives. /p pbYour responsibilities /b /p pYou will be responsible for: /p ul libComponent Strategy Lifecycle Management. /b You will need to, among other things, /li licreate and maintain the component masterdata in the ERP system /li liown the full lifecycle and will develop and maintain component roadmaps aligned with product strategy /li liensure components are scalable and reusable across product lines /li lico-define, -select, and -approve components /li libRisk Performance Management /b /li liby monitoring reliability, performance, and compliance of all components /li liby proactively manage risks related to lead times, obsolescence and single sourcing /li libSupplier Market Alignment /bby acting as the technical counterpart to Procurement in supplier discussions /li liIn addition you will: /li liBe the liaison to Engineering /li liCallaborate Cross-Functionalby acting as the key interface between Engineering and procurement and by supporting other teams /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 ul liYou have a master’s degree (or a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years expercience), preferably in electro-mechanics /li liStrong understanding of electrical and mechanical components, preferably within power and data centre environments /li liSolid grasp of system-level impact of component decisions /li liKnowledgeable with modular product architectures and scalable design principles /li liStrong analytical and data-driven mindset /li liExperience contributing to commercial offers and margin optimisation /li liBasic knowledge of Python or scripting; /li liLanguage
