- MA, you will act as lead legal adviser on high-profile international transactions. /pulliLeading the legal execution of domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and strategic investments. /liliManaging complex legal due diligence exercises and coordinating specialist legal input across multiple jurisdictions. /liliDrafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, transition service agreements, NDAs and other ancillary documents. /liliAdvising on transaction structuring and identifying pragmatic solutions to legal and commercial risks. /liliPartnering with internal stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, MA, Finance, Treasury, Tax, HR, IT and Compliance throughout the deal lifecycle. /liliManaging signing, closing and post-closing processes. /liliSupporting integrations, carve-outs and corporate reorganisations following completed transactions. /liliCoordinating and managing external legal counsel internationally while maintaining ownership of transaction execution. /liliAdvising senior management on strategic legal considerations impacting investment decisions. /liliContributing to the continuous development of the company's MA legal function and best practices. /li /ul /p
