In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, testing, and deploying high-impact GenAI solutions and autonomous AI agents on AWS. Working alongside senior AI engineers and architects, you will solve complex technical and business challenges, communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders, and drive end-to-end value delivery using the AWS stack. h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAI Agent Development: Own the design and development of production-grade Generative AI applications and AI agents using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI. /liliModel RAG Engineering: Help design and evaluate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, prompt templates, and vector search integrations. /liliMachine Learning Ops: Support the end-to-end ML lifecycle on AWS, including data prep, model training, deployment, and performance monitoring. /liliCloud Infrastructure: Write basic Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) and assist with CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads. /liliResponsible AI: Implement guardrails, data privacy, and security controls following AWS best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act). /liliCollaboration Communication: Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, platform teams, and clients. Communicate technical architectures, trade-offs, and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3h3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. /liliExperience: 2
