DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

Technical skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, DataWeave, connectors, error handling)
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer — Level 1 and Level 2. Platform Architect is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of API‑led connectivity and integration design patterns
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and data transformation
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
  • Experience with SQL and relational data models

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a MuleSoft Developer at asUgo, you won't just build integrations — you'll help define how we build them.

1) Development & Integration Delivery

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Implement APIs from design to deployment, ensuring performance, security, and reliability
  • Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented DataWeave transformations and flows
  • Work across REST/SOAP, messaging (JMS, Kafka), databases, and Salesforce connectors
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining quality standards

2) Practice Building & Vision

  • Actively contribute to defining and evolving MuleSoft best practices, coding standards, and delivery frameworks at asUgo
  • Propose tooling improvements, reusable assets, and accelerators that benefit the whole team
  • Stay ahead of the MuleSoft roadmap and bring relevant innovations back to the practice
  • Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions, write technical documentation, and help onboard new team members
  • Collaborate with clients and functional consultants to understand integration requirements and translate them into robust solutions
  • Communicate clearly on technical choices, risks, and delivery progress
  • Contribute to pre‑sales conversations and solution scoping when needed

4) Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement testing strategies (unit, integration) and ensure deployment reliability through CI/CD pipelin
