You’ll take end-to-end ownership of software solutions: from understanding the problem and making technical decisions to implementation, deployment and production follow-up. /b /p pYou will work closely with Product to turn real-world needs into robust and maintainable software. You have the freedom to decide how to build solutions within our architectural direction and engineering standards, while being able to rely on experienced domain engineers whenever needed. /p pWe are looking for someone who is comfortable taking the lead on technical problems, thinks beyond the ticket at hand and cares just as much about bwhy /b we build something as about bhow /b we build it. /p pbResponsibilities /b /p pBe-Mobile is looking for a Product Software Engineer who will: /p ulliTake bend-to-end ownership /b of product features and solutions, from analysis and technical design to implementation, deployment and production follow-up /liliOwn a product domain and act as the btechnical point of reference /b for it /liliBuild and maintain software across the stack, with a strong focus on bbackend engineering /b while also contributing to frontend development /liliTranslate product and business needs into practical, scalable and maintainable technical solutions /liliWork closely with Product Owners as a technical counterpart, helping shape solutions and making informed trade-offs between product value, complexity and technical sustainability /liliChallenge requirements and assumptions when you see opportunities for a simpler or better solution /liliBuild software that is designed to run reliably in production and take responsibility for what happens after deployment /liliContribute to our engineering practices around architecture, testing, CI/CD, deployment and operational reliability /liliUse modern development tools, including bAI-assisted development /b, where they genuinely improve productivity and software quality /liliShare knowledge and contribute to raising the technical level of the team /li /ul pbJob requirements /b /p pbWhat we’re looking for: /b /p ulliStrong software engineering experience, with a solid bbackend foundation /b and the ability to contribute across the stack /liliProven experience independently bdesigning, building, deploying and operating production software /b /liliA good understanding of modern SaaS applications and relevant concepts such as authentication, authorization, API design, distributed systems and multi-tenancy /liliHands-on experience with modern development and delivery practices, including bCI/CD, containerization and automated deployments /b /liliThe ability to reason about architecture and technical trade-offs rather than simply applying patterns /liliA strong sense of ownership: you are comfortable investigating problems, getting to the root cause and deciding on an appropriate solution /liliA product mindset: you focus on bsolving the right problem /b, not just implementing the requested feature /liliThe ability to explain technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders /liliFamiliarity with technologies such as bGolang, Vue.js, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Elasticsearch /b.
