Help us build the digital backbone of a growing Belgian success story Working closely with our IT & Finance Director and Senior IT Manager, you'll develop, improve and connect the digital tools that power our business. From Odoo to automation, AI and our in-house ERP, you'll play a key role in helping our teams work smarter, make better decisions and support the company's continued growth. Develop and improve Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
What you'll do
- Develop integrations between Odoo, our ERP, and other business applications.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes.
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and productivity.
- Contribute to the evolution of our in-house ERP.
- Train and support users in adopting new tools and processes.
- Support our different points of sale with all IT-related queries.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with Odoo development and business processes.
- Interest in automation, AI, and digital transformation.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- C# is a plus.
- Fluent in French; Dutch is a strong asset.
- Flexibility: as part of a business-critical support function, you may occasionally be required to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
