About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly digital experiences and continuously improving the user journey across various applications. A key focus of the role is the development, maintenance, and evolution of the Design System, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability across products.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and user needs to define application requirements. Plan and conduct user research activities, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing. Create and validate low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs using a mobile-first approach. Collaborate closely with analysts and developers to deliver intuitive user interfaces. Ensure solutions meet user expectations and align with their working environment. Guarantee compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1). Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's Design System. Guide and support teams in the effective use of Design System components, patterns, and guidelines. Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, Axure, Conceptboard, and Mentimeter.
- Solid knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Proven experience designing, managing, and maintaining Design Systems.
- Experience creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity interfaces with a mobile-first mindset.
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to translate user insights into intuitive digital experiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
