pOur client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is looking for an Expert Solution Architect to join their IT4IT stream. This role focuses on supporting strategic projects such as ITSM replacement and IAM implementation while mapping architectural debt and mentoring team members. /pulliLead architectural research and implementation for the IT4IT stream, specifically regarding ITSM and IAM systems. /liliCreate and maintain architecture diagrams and systematically map architectural debt. /liliProvide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 configuration and digital sovereignty initiatives. /liliCoach and mentor junior colleagues to enhance the team's technical and architectural maturity. /liliCoordinate project management facets including cost estimations, planning, and resource timing. /liliAnalyze business processes to ensure technical solutions align with broader organizational goals. /li /ululliYou have 15+ years of total professional experience within IT environments. /liliYou possess 10+ years of relevant experience as an IT Architect in enterprise, infrastructure, or solution domains. /liliYou bring 8+ years of specialized expertise in bnetworking /b, bsecurity /b, or bserver infrastructure /b. /liliYou're experienced with bMicrosoft 365 /b and bOffice 365 /b architecture. /liliYou have 3+ years of architectural experience in bIdentity and Access Management (IAM) /b. /liliYou possess 3+ years of experience with bKubernetes /b and bDocker /b containers. /liliYou have proven knowledge of modeling techniques using bArchimate /b, bTOGAF /b, bUML /b, and bSparx EA /b. /liliYou bring experience in bproject management /b facets including coordination, planning, and estimation. /liliYou're proactive and possess strong coaching skills to mentor junior team members. /liliYou are native in bDutch /b. /li /ulh3Nice to Haves /h3ulli3+ years of experience with bAzure Cloud /b architecture. /lili2+ years of experience with bITSM tooling /b. /liliKnowledge of general business processes. /liliExperience working in a public sector environment. /li /ulullibStart date: /b 02/11/2026. /lilibDuration: /b until 31/12/2027 with potential extensions. /lilibWork regime: /b Full-time. /lilibLocation: /b Gent. /lilibWorking model: /b Hybrid with remote possibilities. /lilibContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers. /li /ul
