HEAD OF MANUFACTURING

ph3The duties of the Head of Manufacturing will include: /h3 /brul /brliLead manufacturing operations (roll cage production, paintshop and assembly). /li /brliIn charge of expansion into similar services and adding additional services in line with strategy. /li /brliDevelop and execute production strategies aligned with business goals. /li /brliOwn and manage manufacturing budgets and full PL responsibility. /li /brliDrive continuous improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles. /li /brliCollaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure product quality and timely delivery. /li /brliBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team. /li /brliReport directly to the CEO on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and operational challenges. /li /brliEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. /li /br /ul /brh3The Head of Manufacturing should have the following desired skillset: /h3 /brul /brliMinimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing and operations leadership, within motorsport or automotive sectors. /li /brliExperience in business development and client management. /li /brliProven track record in managing complex production environments and budgets. /li /brliStrong understanding of motorsport technologies and vehicle manufacturing processes. /li /brliExcellent leadership, communication and team management skills. /li /brliStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach. /li /brliFluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus. /li /brliCustomer orientated. /li /brliPromote are values (People, Passion, Performance) and commit to personal investment into the WRT ESG strategy /li /br /ul /brpLocation: WRT Headquarters, Bierset, Belgium /p /p
