pWe are looking for an experienced bPower BI / Microsoft Fabric Developer Analyst /b to join a Data Management team supporting business-critical reporting and analytics initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, optimize, and maintain reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliGather, analyze, and document business reporting requirements. /liliReview existing reporting solutions and define future-state reporting architectures. /liliContribute to migration initiatives from legacy BI environments to modern Microsoft Fabric architectures. /liliDesign, develop, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards. /liliDevelop reporting solutions leveraging SAP BW/BW4 and Azure-based data platforms. /liliImplement and maintain Row Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices. /liliBuild multilingual, data-driven reporting environments. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical and visualization requirements. /liliTransform and model raw data into meaningful business insights. /liliProvide recommendations regarding optimization, monitoring, and maintenance of reporting platforms. /liliValidate deliverables developed by internal and external teams. /liliContribute to testing activities, data quality initiatives, and data cleansing efforts. /liliSupport roadmap planning, enhancements, bug resolution, and stakeholder communication. /li /ulh3Mandatory Skills Experience /h3ulliMaster's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. /liliMinimum b7 years of experience /b as a Power BI Developer/Analyst or in a similar BI role. /liliMinimum b7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI /b. /liliMinimum b5 years of experience with Microsoft Analysis Services (AAS) /b. /liliMinimum b2 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric /b. /liliMinimum b3 years of experience with Azure Data Cloud Services /b. /liliStrong experience with SAP BW/BW4 reporting environments. /liliProven experience implementing Row Level Security (RLS) and data governance practices. /liliExperience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban. /liliExperience with Jira and Confluence. /liliProfessional communication skills in bDutch, French, and English /b /li /ulh3Nice-to-Have Skills /h3ulliExperience with RayFin and Copilot within Microsoft Fabric ecosystems. /liliExperience with business analysis methodologies including requirements engineering, process analysis, use case modeling, and problem analysis. /liliExperience defining and executing BI migration plans. /liliExperience working within a BI Center of Excellence (CoE). /liliExperience as a trainer, coach, or facilitator within BI communities. /liliExperience delivering end-to-end BI/Fabric solutions including stakeholder management and project coordination. /liliExperience developing and delivering Power BI and Microsoft Fabric training sessions. /li /ul
