As Lead Architect, you are responsible for ensuring that technology decisions are clear and translated to the application development teams. To ensure alignment with their business objectives, enterprise architecture principles, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy. You act as an authority across multiple initiatives to enable delivery teams to move faster through clear standards, reusable patterns, and technical guidance. This role is not focused on designing individual solutions, it’s about enabling transformation, integration and modernization at scale, connecting business needs with technology capabilities, supporting engineering teams, and driving architectural consistency across the organization.
