ph3Tasks and responsibilities /h3 pThis role focuses on delivering a concrete set of functional and technical requirements that will form the basis for a procurement specification and a possible market consultation planned for early 2027. /p pAs Data Anonymisation Test Data Management Architect, you analyse end-to-end data flows across a complex application landscape and help define a broadly supported strategy covering: /p ul lidata anonymisation /li lipseudonymisation /li lisynthetic data generation /li litest data management /li lidata selection and data minimisation /li liprotection of personal and other sensitive data /li lipreservation of referential integrity and business usability /li lithe use of structured and unstructured data in non-production environments /li /ul pYou act as the link between business and technology, working with stakeholders from business teams, data governance and data management, privacy and compliance, information security, enterprise architecture, IT operations, application management, and testing and quality assurance. /p pYour objective is to align business needs, regulatory obligations, technical constraints, and future operational requirements, and to translate them into a practical, sustainable approach for test data management and data anonymisation. /p pThe role also includes analyzing, optimizing, and documenting relevant security processes and governance, translating testing objectives and business scenarios into clear test data requirements, and defining both functional and technical requirements for a future tender process. /p pYou facilitate workshops and interviews with business and technical stakeholders, identify missing information in complex situations, and work autonomously toward end-to-end deliverables with strong multilevel stakeholder management. /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou have solid experience in a security-focused role, combined with expertise in data architecture, data governance, data management, or data engineering. /li liYou have hands-on knowledge of data masking, anonymization, pseudonymization, or synthetic data, demonstrated in at least one relevant project. /li liYou are able to analyse and document end-to-end data flows across multiple applications. /li liYou can translate testing objectives and business testing scenarios into concrete test data requirements. /li liYou have experience defining functional and technical requirements for a tender. /li liYou are comfortable organizing and facilitating workshops and interviews with business stakeholders. /li liYou are familiar with security management techniques or frameworks such as ISO 2700x, COBIT, NIST, or OWASP. /li liYou can structure complex situations, detect missing information, and work autonomously toward complete end-to-end deliverables. /li liYou communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels. /li liYou are fluent in English. /li liYou are fluent in French or Dutch and have a passive knowledge of the other national language. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pYou will be part of a growing Belgian SME where initiative and personal development are encouraged.
