Your mission
As part of the evolution of its Supply Chain organization, MEOGROUP, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Supply Chain Project Lead to support the teams in optimizing and transforming their processes.
You will have a transversal role at the intersection of Supply Chain, Project Management and Process Improvement.
- Analyze and map existing and future Supply Chain processes.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose concrete solutions.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with various stakeholders.
- Coordinate interactions between business teams and different stakeholders.
- Define and monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
- Support the implementation of new processes and tools.
- Occasionally participate in projects related to the evolution of information systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA.
- Contribute to change management, communication and documentation of new processes.
- Participate in testing and validation phases when required.
Your profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management or Process Improvement.
- Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in Supply Chain process analysis, modelling and optimization.
- Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent workshop and meeting facilitation skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP/SAP environments is a strong asset, but is not the core of the position.
- Experience in the transport, industrial or similar sectors is appreciated.
- Good command of Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
