h3Mission Overview: /h3 pKeystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior SAS Developer / Consultant to join our consultancy mission at a client site. You will be part of a dynamic BI/DWH team responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of a large portfolio of SAS-based applications and data processing solutions for multiple public-sector organizations. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAnalyze business and functional requirements in collaboration with analysts. /li liDevelop, test, and maintain SAS Base applications and data processing programs. /li liContribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of ETL processes. /li liPerform unit testing and support integration testing activities. /li liEnsure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications. /li liOptimize the performance, reliability, and maintainability of SAS programs and batch processes. /li liProduce and maintain technical and functional documentation. /li liWork closely with analysts, architects, data engineers, and other developers within the team. /li /ul h3Required Profile: /h3 ul liMinimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAS development and Data Warehouse (DWH) environments. /li liStrong expertise in SAS Base, including DATA Step, PROC SQL, SAS Macro Language, and advanced SAS programming techniques. /li liExperience working with various file formats such as Excel, XML, JSON, and flat files. /li liExperience integrating SAS with relational databases, particularly Oracle and PostgreSQL. /li liGood understanding of ETL concepts and data integration processes. /li liProven experience in analyzing, maintaining, and optimizing existing SAS applications and programs. /li liAbility to understand and implement complex business rules. /li liStrong analytical skills, autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and effective communication abilities. /li /ul h3Personal
