About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador in our Banking division, you will act as the key point of contact between our company and German speaking customers. Your role will involve providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services via phone and email.
- Ensure clear and professional communication in German.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and general banking support.
- Stay up to date with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:
- Fluent in German to effectively engage with customers.
- Good level of French or English to communicate internally
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Prior experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important Diploma

- 6-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- A gross monthly salary between €2,300 and €2,400, including a 13th-month salary, eco-vouchers, and public transport cost coverage.
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
- 12 additional paid vacation days (RTT)
- Remote working
- Fixed schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
