Automated deployment is key from day one. /p ul libDesign, build, and operate the AI Cloud platform: /b standardized, single-tenant customer environments run by SOFICO bin Azure. /b /li libBuild and maintain the automated "instance factory" /b for rapid, secure provisioning, upgrades, and lifecycle management of customer instances. /li libOwn Infrastructure-as-Code /b, CI/CD, and GitOps practices end to end, from design through daily operation. /li liDrive bplatform standardization /b: handle customer‑specific requirements through configuration, not custom infrastructure. /li libDesign secure, reliable connectivity between AI Cloud and the rest of Miles Enterprise /b, parts of which run on‑premise or at customer sites. /li liOwn platform breliability, security, and observability /b: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and continuous improvement. /li liApply the technical standards and foundations for Cloud Ops for Miles Enterprise to the Data AI team's artifacts. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul libSenior-level, hands‑on experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Ops, DevOps, or SRE /b
- comfortable owning a platform end to end, with help from our Cloud Ops specialists. /li liProven track record boperating and scaling production SaaS or cloud‑native platforms /b. /li liStrong background bautomating infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operations at scale. /b /li liConfident bsetting technical direction and standards /b solo today, with the appetite to mentor and grow a team once one exists. /li /ul pbKnowledge Skills /b /p ul liInfrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, Ansible, or similar. /li liKubernetes, Helm, Docker, and cloud‑native platforms. /li liCI/CD pipelines and GitOps‑based deployment automation. /li liSolid Azure experience; bexposure to Azure AI services is a strong plus /b. /li liObservability: monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response. /li liOperating multi‑tenant / multi‑customer platforms: tenant isolation, secrets management, fleet‑wide upgrades. /li liSecure connectivity between cloud and on‑premise or customer‑hosted environments
