Your Responsibilities As a Data Support Intern/Student, you will support the migration of candidate information between our CRM systems. Your main responsibilities will include: Download candidate CVs from the current CRM platform & upload CVs and related documents into the new system. Verify that candidate information has been transferred accurately and completely. Ensure documents are correctly linked to candidate profiles. Identify and report missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data. Maintain a structured approach while handling large volumes of candidate files. Follow internal guidelines to ensure data quality and confidentiality. Collaborate with the Commercial team to resolve data discrepancies. Provide general administrative support related to the migration project when required.
Who You Are Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme. Comfortable working with digital platforms and Microsoft Office. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately while maintaining focus. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently after initial training. Respectful of confidentiality and data privacy. Fluent in English.
