- Rotation Plan availableWe are recruiting an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join our team in Fohntech.
This is a long term project working for a leading Mechanical engineering contractor on prestigious leading-edge project.

Key Responsibilities
of the Role:Overseeing the installation of the Civils scope of works ensuring all aspects are completed in line with expectations.
Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Operations Manager & EHS Lead. This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
Management of Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package Manager including set up, management and close out of file.
Familiarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
Management of all day to day on site operations for the CSA packages.
Assist with the management of all costs associated with your package including:
- CSA Team
- Sub-contractors
- Material deliveries and goods receipting.
- Plant and Equipment
- VariationsFamiliarity with and management of Project Schedule in conjunction with other trades and Package Leads.
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure Attend and contribute to a weekly minute’s meeting with sub-contractor.
Management of the “In Progress” snagging system ensuring that you return weekly punch lists where applicable.
Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings where required.
Close out of all project items including O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File – all with the support of the CSA package managerImplement a weekly look ahead ensuring co-ordination with other trades.
Issue internal weekly progress report, Supervisors report. This will highlight progress percentage complete based on WBS codes and any concerns.
Schedule material deliveries to correspond with the project schedule. Track deliveries.
Maintain a weekly project photographic diary.
Any other duties associated with the role.

Essential Criteria :The ideal candidate will have a minimum 6
- 8 years’ experience in Site management and installation.
Previous experience in supervising and installation.
Professional qualification in construction management.
Professional certificationGood technical knowledge of CSA systems.
Travel will be required for this position.
Desirable Criteria :Excellent communication skillsAbility to work well within strict deadlines.
Ability to drive a large-scale project.
